About Lynne Marie

I’ve been trained by Professional Christian Coaching Institute, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited life and leadership coach education provider. I offer ICF-aligned, non-directive, faith-based coaching. If you desire me to serve you from my experience in other professional roles (such as technology consultant or mentor), we can discuss a separate engagement for me to act in a capacity other than the role of an ICF professional to maintain that distinction. In all areas of my life, I answer to and serve God first. I strive to be true to, rooted in, aligned with, and obedient to Holy Scripture, Roman Catholic Church teachings, and the Magisterium (including Vatican II). I am a deeply religious contemplative Catholic.

You don’t have to be Catholic to benefit from my coaching. As God meets you where you are, I personalize your coaching experience to help you get from where you are to where you want to arrive. While my coaching style is profoundly Catholic Christian, God calls me to treat all human beings with dignity, kindness, compassion, and respect. I am committed to inclusivity and helping you to grow in your self-worth with sensitivity to your identity, environment, experiences, values, and beliefs. I pray that you desire conformity with God’s unique plan for how he made you in His image.

Spiritual direction focuses primarily on your relationship with God and discernment, while my coach approach helps you to integrate your faith into your daily life. Many clients find that coaching and spiritual direction complement each other well. If you have a spiritual director, please request their permission to partner with me so that you benefit more from your spiritual direction.

Counseling and psychotherapy use diagnostic and therapeutic protocols for specific medical issues, usually with a focus on your past to assess your condition. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. Rather, I partner with mentally healthy people to achieve their goals in personal and professional development. If you need or are receiving treatment from a medical professional for psychiatric conditions, please request their permission to partner with me so that you benefit more from your treatment.

When you schedule your session, you choose whether our session takes place on Zoom, Google Meet, or telephone. You choose whether we meet with cameras on. So that you stay safe and get the most from our partnership, I ask that you aren’t driving during sessions.

As an International Coach Federation-aligned coach, I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics, uphold the ICF Core Values, and coach according to ICF Core Competencies to achieve the Master Certified Coach (MCC) ICF credential. Although I work independently in my coaching practice and encourage open communication to ensure my clients receive consistent value throughout our partnership, they can voice ethical concerns through the ICF Ethical Conduct Review Process.

I make every effort to ensure confidentiality of client information and maintain, store, and dispose of client records to promote security and privacy in compliance with applicable laws and our individual agreements.
