This section applies specifically to California Residents, supplementing the information contained in this Site's Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. We provide this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by this Site’s Owner to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of the Site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information that you have publicly posted. To make such a request, send a detailed description of the specific content or information to this Site’s Owner using the contact information posted at the beginning of this policy.

Such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information that you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.

• Information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

• For California residents, information excluded from the CCPA scope, like certain health or medical information and other categories of information protected by different laws.

The Site obtains the categories of personal information listed above from the following source categories:

• Directly from you. For example, from forms you complete or products and services you purchase.

• Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on Site.

• When Users submit a registration form or otherwise submits personal information or interacts with this Site

• From public sources

In addition to Site’s direct collection of information, Site third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from Users.

This Site’s Owner does not control how these third parties use such information, but they are requested to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Users. • Nature and amount of inventory that an Authorized Customer intends to purchase

• Payment information (if submitted by an Authorized Customer to Site databases)

To provide California Residents with specific information collection details, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), the Site may have collected the following categories of personal information from Site Visitors and Authorized Customers during the last twelve months:

• Identifiers: A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver's license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.

• Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. • Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law: Age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).

• Commercial information: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

• Biometric information: Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data.

• Internet or other similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement

• Geolocation data: Physical location or movements

• Sensory data: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.

• Professional or employment-related information: Current or past job history or performance evaluations

• Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)): Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.

• Inferences drawn from other personal information: Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

This Site’s Owner uses PII to customize this Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests and Site Services on this Site. This Site’s Owner may email Users about research or purchase and selling opportunities on this Site or information related to the subject matter of this Site. This Site’s Owner may use PII to contact Users in response to specific inquiries or to provide requested information.

Purposes for collected User information include the following categories.

Such vendors may have access to certain PII on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. This policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.

Site Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated by this Site’s Owner. When Users access these links and move to another website, they are encouraged to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as those privacy policies may differ from this Site.

This Privacy and Cookie Policy does not address the Privacy and Cookie Policy and other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service that may be accessible via a link on this Site.

This Site’s Owner strongly advises Users to review the Privacy and Cookie Policy of every site they visit. This Site’s Owner has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

PII collected by this Site’s Owner is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of this Site’s Owner except for use as indicated above.

This Site’s Owner will retain User personal information for 90 days to two years after Users terminate their accounts or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy and Cookie Policy. This Site’s Owner may need to retain certain information for longer periods for purposes such as record keeping and reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights and fraud prevention. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies Users (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

All Site Owner employees and contractors are familiar with Site security policies and practices. The PII of Users is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees and contractors with authorized access to the information. This Site’s Owner regularly audits security systems and processes.

Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols that aim to protect information sent over the Internet. While this Site’s Owner takes reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins, and this Site’s Owner cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place. Users may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by this Site or Site Owner and/or vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting this Site’s Owner using the contact information posted at the beginning of this policy.

Users may contact this Site’s Owner to update PII about them or to correct any inaccuracies by contacting this Site’s Owner using the contact information posted at the beginning of this policy.

This Site’s Owner provides Users with a mechanism to delete/deactivate PII from this Site's database by contacting this Site’s Owner using the contact information posted at the beginning of this policy.

Due to backups and deletion records, it may be impossible to delete data without retaining some residual information. Users who request to have PII deleted will have this information functionally deleted, and this Site’s Owner will not sell, transfer, or use PII relating to that individual in any way after receiving such request.
